Dispatch Manager

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for executing and adjusting the strategic operations plan to ensure Company KPI's, safety standards and state and federal compliance standards are met.
Provides guidance and direction to dispatch supervisors, drivers and field operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities Reviews, adjusts and executes strategic operational plans, capacity plans to ensure operational, financial and Company goals are met, while providing quality customer service to drivers and field management Resolves all operational issues, handles escalated or adverse communications with drivers and or field management Ensures departmental policies and procedures are followed and recommends changes to current policies Coaches, counsels and mentors dispatchers on a day-to-day basis to establish and maintain a high level of individual and departmental performance Monitors the quality of communication between dispatchers and drivers/field management Screens and handles On-Board Communication calls, and handles collision/incident overflow calls as needed Plans for the movement and distribution of equipment Qualifications High School Diploma required College Degree preferred 3-5 years in a supervisory role within transportation or operations management; an emphasis on capacity planning, real-time decision making, and the dispatching of fleet and drivers is preferred.
Experience working with collective bargaining agreements / union environment preferred Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, personnel management and interpersonal skills Proven leadership ability including; motivating, coaching, developing or disciplining employees Ability to analyze statistical information and make decisions based on the information provided Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of United States geography Ability to work day, evening, night shift, weekends and holidaysSalary:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
