We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and manage inventory effectively.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate records.
Monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and coordinate with purchasing to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Warehouse Operations Management:
Plan, coordinate, and manage warehouse activities to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Supervision and Training:
Lead and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement procedures for warehouse efficiency and process improvement.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all warehousing and inventory management activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze inventory and warehouse performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably within the electronics industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and database systems, including Microsoft Business Central, is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications in inventory management or related field are preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field are highly encouraged to apply.
